1. Shipping Destinations

COUTGO currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We utilize Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

(Note: Please verify if you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If Amazon MCF doesn't support them for your specific items, add: "We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.")

2. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Please allow 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Example: If you place an order on Friday evening, it will likely be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with Amazon Logistics to provide reliable shipping services. The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Since we use Amazon fulfillment, your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.
